CALIBRATION SERVICES
Calibration is the activity of determining and reporting the deviations of test and measurement processes using a standard and/or system under known conditions (temperature, humidity, pressure, noise, dust, etc.).
WHAT IS CALIBRATION?
It is the process performed by comparing the values of measuring devices, measuring systems and source devices with measurement standards or reference devices under certain and controllable environmental conditions, determining the deviation between these values and calculating all kinds of components that affect the deviation.
WHAT CAN WE GAIN WITH CALIBRATION?
- You can increase the quality and reliability of all your processes in the production phase.
- By increasing the quality of the products you manufacture, you ensure customer satisfaction.
- You can prevent all kinds of losses that may occur in production and that will return to you as damage.
- You can make an accurate and definitive diagnosis at every stage of production.
- With the right diagnosis, you can reduce your company's product costs.
- Our society in general always ignores the fact that their devices can make wrong measurements. It is considered sufficient for the devices to be in working condition, if the devices do not perform their functions, it is sufficient to send them to the service and have them repaired. It is not known that even new devices need to be calibrated. Even the repair and adjustment process is perceived as calibration. Calibration is not adjustment.
WHEN SHOULD CALIBRATION BE DONE?
- When the device is first purchased,
- After repair, adjustment and maintenance,
- When there is any doubt about the measurement results of the device, at the specified times (for example, every year)
WHAT IS ACCREDITATION?
Accreditation is a quality infrastructure created to support the reliability and validity of the studies carried out by conformity assessment bodies and therefore the conformity confirmation certificates (calibration certificates) issued as a result of these studies.
